Based on my work and talking to the prosecutor(s)- I was able to resolve the false name charge to time he already served. On the other three cases, I negotiated a global resolution to felony hit and run (they agreed to dismiss the more serious charge of serious injury by vehicle that carries a sentence up to 15 years) and the possession of methamphetamine charge. The possession of oxycodone was dismissed and the client was sentenced to just 6 years to serve 6 months in jail with the remainder of the sentence on probation. On all his felony charges- client was facing a maximum of 29 years in prison. Client also had prior drug convictions. In the second county, clean is pleading guilty to possession of oxycodone and getting 3 years probation to run concurrent with the sentence in the first county
